It’s hard to hate The Amazing Spider-Man 2 that much. In the movie, Peter Parker struggles to keep his city safe, while also managing his relationship with Gwen Stacy who is leaving for college in England, and trying to find out what happened with his parents and why they left.Īndrew Garfield and Emma Stone were great as Peter and Gwen, in my opinion, but the story just wasn’t there in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, even though we got a good dose of villainy with Electro, the Green Goblin, and The Rhino. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is widely viewed as the worst Spider-Man movie.
